PERFECT eyeliner.

Third of all, I'm going to school in a few weeks or so...


Anyways, I will be making a picture tut about how to make a perfect eyeliner, which is SO SO SO easy!

1. when you take out your liquid eyeliner, twirl the brush a little around the edge of the bottle to get rid of the excess liner.

2. make tiny (but noticable because this is your guide line) dot your liner alone your lash-line.

3. connect the dots, and WAH-LA! :D magic.
